won't make news.

So this is the ONLY (<---ridiculous) article in the news (and it's not even in our news) about the atrocities going on in the Sudan.

I've been involved with the group call Invisible Children and sister group, Resolve Uganda, for a few years now. Peace talks have taken place, but the psychotic leader, Joseph Kony will not sign any peace treaties.

Read the updates and visit resolveuganda to get the low down, otherwise I have tons of videos to show when you're all home over winter break.

just a quick up-date for anyone who read this post:

After many "almost" signings of the peace treaty, Joseph Kony has exhausted the world's patience and was given one last chance to sign. Unfortunately, he has declined and shattered all hope that we had for his genuine interest in a peaceful end to this war.

you should use Google News search function, it accesses lots of sources. (admittedly, most of them are not American...)

I meant that it won't make American news. I know it's in other news or else I probably wouldn't hear as much about it, but it's disappointing to think that Brittany Sprears' latest life decisions are more important than thousands being raped, killed, displaced and brain washed...
